After going through a return process with Overstock, I bought the pulse showerspa, but I was nervous. Thankfully, my nervousness was completely unnecessary. This unit is put together extremely well and works great. I was even able to get PULSE on the phone when I had some questions about the unit before purchase and it's nice to know that there's a human being out there I could talk to if necessary.
