(More customer reviews)I replaced a 15-year old Water Pik with the Waxman 9-spray showerhead in chrome.Features I like most are the long, no-kink flexible hose, all-chrome look, the wide range of sprays, all quite gentle, and the position of the extended showerhead - it sits more over your head rather than pointing at your face. Features I like least are the lack of an intense 'jet spray' setting for soothing sore shoulders or neck, and the position of the showerhead can't be adjusted, meaning no ability to tilt.Note, when I received the unit, the showerhead rattled a bit (like a baby rattle).I contacted Waxman to determine if this is normal or a defect.I was told this is normal, and the rattle is due to 'bearings' that facilitate the movement of spray settings.You do not hear the rattle when the showerhead is in use. Overall, I am very pleased with 9-spray showerhead and would recommend it.
