After reading the specs i was impressed and ordered one since in my rental i have two bath and one bath had a totally lame showerhead. If i turn on that shower the other bath was almost unusable since this showerhead would drain the hot water in less than 10 minutes and then everybody after that would have a cold shower.
PRO
Saves water since it uses as less as 1.5GPM which is really good for long showers.
Can have a long shower.
Good sprayer.
CONS
It is a sprayer not a soaker.
Makes a lot of noise since the system inside creates its own pressure it makes loud noise like a jet engine. You may get used to it after a while.
No showerhead adjustment. You cannot adjust the pattern of water spray, it is fixed.
Good for a standing shower only. Since it mixes air and creates thin shower by the time water reaches from the showerhead to waist height (about 4ft) the water feels cold and the has lost most of the power to really hit anything below the shoulder.

So in essence i think anything that is less than 2GPM or may be 2.5GPM cannot have enough juice to have a good wash below the shoulder.
And what i think is when they say 1.5GPM it is for where there in not enough water pressure like in a RV. If you have good water pressure it may use little more water make loud noise and still be usable but when you are at home generally you may have good pressure but if it is a sprayer and not a good soaker then it kind of moots the point.
I ordered it so that kids in my home are long shower addicts and when i need to shower i would not want wait for the water to get warm again.
