(More customer reviews)For the price, I really can't complain much. It is cheap and cheaply made with thin wall tubing. Need to make sure not to over torque otherwise it will twist. The threads are not cut deep enough to promote a lot of confidence. Nevertheless, I am buying a 15 inch arm because I need a longer one. Just can't see myself spending $140 for a Hansgrohe or Grohe or other name brand for a shower arm.
