(More customer reviews)This showerhead works well, adjusts easily and has sufficient pivoting to allow for usage in a tub / shower unit.It states there are 12 settings, and this is true.There are 2 control levers, one for high / lowpressure and one that has six spray settingsso at each setting there is a high / low.The difference is noticable but, in most settings, is useful only as a water reudcer and does not really provide an additional spary conditon.The settings on the spray adjustment are very close together and as such, it is easy to skip over one.The settings as indicated from Waterpik are as follows:
*High/Low Full Body Coverage
*High/Low Pulsating Massage
*High/Low Concentrated Center Spray
*High/Low Full Body / Center Spray Combination
*High/Low Full Body / Massage Combination
*High/Low Misting

The full body coverage is a full spray with a wide dispersion which leaves a "hole" in the center that is pretty large.
The pulsating massage is nice on high pressure,but ofno real value on low unless youhave a very sensative area.
The Concentrated centerspray is " concentrated" and a good strong spary but,thedispersion angle is wide and as such, you getlittle effect on your lower body and virtually none on your legs.
The fullbody / center spray is the full body above an added drizzle in the center.On high pressure, the centeris still low pressureand really has no effect and the coverage area is no more useful than the plain center spray unless you arerinsing your hair or face.
The full body / massage is as the above. The center massageis weak and not really useful in this setting.
The misting is one of the best features. On high it is strong and full but,not stinging which wasthe case on the one I previously had.The low pressure mist is very gentle and delicate.On a hot day, getting into the shower and setting it on mist is really comforting and cooling.You will also notice a significant drop in the water temperature when you set it on mist. If you turn up the hot water for this setting, you need to be careful to turn it back down before you switch back to a regular spray.
