(More customer reviews)We attached this chrome shower head to the hose of a hand-held shower, but it looks like it will work fine on a regular shower as well. It came with a clear plastic washer. It changes colors one at a time (unlike in the picture), for some reason lingering much longer on red than any other. The whole cycle of colors takes maybe 20 seconds. The water pressure is much softer than the shower head it replaced, and not adjustable (as the other was). It is wonderful for relaxing but would not be good for rinsing shampoo quickly from your hair.
We used it to motivate our kids to use the shower near their room, rather than the bigger one in the master bedroom. They love the lights and the gentleness, and have no desire (so far) to switch back to our bigger, but boring one.
